After ZestyCactus recently ripped the Twinleaf Town tiles, I felt like revamping them to a style that will better fit in with most public tiles. There's actually so little detail in the originals, I can't believe Game Freak released it like this. Oh well.

Hello there! Can you please tell me how do you revamp pictures I mean I tried Surface Blur, noise removal and even Oil Paint effect but I didn't get the desired result. It would be nice of you if you make perhaps a tutorial or something. Thank You
